a licensed professional counselor and queer, neurodivergent human in Pittsburgh, PA. I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent folx and enjoy supporting partners and individuals who long to feel emotionally close, become more attuned and responsive, and heal past wounds and traumas.

My practice is informed by relational and emotionally-focused therapy, attachment theory, parts work, somatic interventions, and harm reduction principles, as well as my lived experience as a queer/nonbinary, AuDHD, disabled human.

Outside of session I am an avid crafter of all things fiber arts-y and sewing-adjacent, such as crochet, macrame, cross stitch, embroidery, and felting. When at home I’m likely to be sitting with my two cats (Emmy and Ruby) in my craft room and watching Youtube or reality TV (cringe, I know). I am also a meditator, a Buddhist, and strive to live life with presence and mindfulness.
