Feeling stuck in painful patterns? Longing for closeness and a deeper sense of connection?

Maybe you want more from your relationships, craving to feel closer or fight less often. Maybe you want more for your life—perhaps you are carrying past traumas, trying to reignite passion, or navigating neurodivergence.

In my practice, I work with couples+ and individuals who want to feel more connected—to themselves, their loved ones, or their community—but don’t quite know how. Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I provide an attachment-based framework to help you make sense of your patterns and explore your innermost world to create real, tangible change in your relationships.

I’ll teach you how to listen deeply to the emotions and innate needs underlying relationship patterns, using this information to heal painful cycles and foster safer relationships.

  • I have experience working with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, complex and developmental trauma, burnout, neurodivergence (including ADHD, autism, and OCD), executive functioning challenges, LGBTQIA+ concerns, disability, and chronic health conditions.

I am competent working with LGBTQ+ relationships, cross-neurotype partnerships, and relationships of all kinds including throuples and those practicing consensual non-monogamy (CMN), polyamory, or open relationships. I also have experience working with clients who are kink-aligned or engage in BDSM.

While these are areas of particular experience, I welcome and work with all individuals and relationship structures who feel aligned with my approach.

  • My approach is warm, collaborative, curious, and body-aware, rooted in trauma-informed care and Emotionally Focused Therapy. I strive to create an affirming, supportive space where healing and growth occurs through the structured exploration and organization of inner experience and strengthening connection to others.

I am deeply affirming of all relationship structures (CMN, polyamory, and queer platonic relationships) and operate from a sex/kink-positive and body-positive lens.

  • I enjoy supporting couples+ and individuals who long to feel emotionally closer to others, become more attuned and responsive partners, and heal past wounds and traumas. I help people understand their emotions and vulnerabilities, providing a space to take safer emotional risks that repair relationships and support deeper connection with others.

Meet the Therapist

A licensed professional counselor (LPC) and therapist trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT).

Hi! I’m Sable,

A smiling woman with short, curly hair dyed in shades of purple and magenta, wearing a gray top with black patterns, and a nose septum piercing, standing against a plain white wall.

Deep, transformative healing happens in supportive, safe, affirming relationships. As a therapist, I strive to create a space where everyone feels seen, understood, and empowered to become better humans, lovers, and friends.

I believe that personal growth must welcome and incorporate all facets of ourselves, even the parts with which we have a complicated relationship, and that self-compassion and curiosity are some of the most powerful tools of self-discovery.

I welcome you to show up authentically, offering an environment that is supportive, nonjudgemental, and safe.
