When are you available?
I see clients on Sundays (daytime/evening) and Mondays (afternoon/evenings) with limited availability. Once you submit the contact form, I will get in touch about availability and current scheduling.
1
I have a question. Can I contact you?
2
Yes! Feel free to reach out to me directly by email at sable@arendcounseling.com.
When will you get back to me?
3
I aim respond to all inquiries within 2-3 business days. You can reach out to me directly via email anytime if you have questions or want to follow up on your inquiry.
How often do we meet?
It is recommended that clients begin with weekly sessions for at least 12 weeks, with the option to transition to biweekly sessions as therapy progresses and it feels clinically appropriate.
4
Do you offer a free get-to-know-you call?
5
Yes! I offer a free Discovery Call which allows us to meet so I can tell you about my work and answer any questions you have. These short meetings are a great way to see if it feels like a good fit.
What if it isn’t a good fit?
That’s okay! If I’m ever not a good fit, I’m happy to provide you with referrals to other capable providers. Finding the right fit is an important part of the work!

OTHER QUESTIONS?
NOT QUITE READY?
That’s okay! Sometimes it helps to get a feel before reaching out. Check out my blog for reflections on everything from relationships and attachment to neurodivergence, queerness, and embodiment. I hope you find something that resonates.
