Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, healthcare providers are required to provide clients who are uninsured or choosing not to use insurance with a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) of expected healthcare costs. As part of the informed consent process, you will receive a Good Faith Estimate at the outset of therapy that outlines the anticipated costs of services.

Your Good Faith Estimate is intended to help you understand and plan for the financial aspects of treatment. If your actual charges are substantially higher than the estimate you receive, you have the right to dispute the bill.

You may request an updated Good Faith Estimate at any time if your treatment needs or frequency of services change. For more information about your rights under the No Surprises Act, please visit the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) website.
