Availability & Scheduling

I currently offer virtual therapy on Sundays and Monday evenings.

It is recommended that clients begin with weekly sessions for at least 12 weeks, with the option to transition to biweekly sessions as therapy progresses and it feels clinically appropriate.

Meet for 30min Discovery Call

The Discovery Call is a short meeting that allows us to get acquainted. I can tell you about my work, hear a bit more about what’s bringing you in, and answer any questions you have about the process.

After we meet, I encourage you and your partner to take time to reflect and discuss the Discovery Call to see how it landed. Finding the right fit is important, and I want you to feel confident in your decision. If it’s a good fit, we'll schedule the first session, and I'll send the intake paperwork to each of you via email to review and complete by the time we meet.

Not quite ready?

That’s okay! Sometimes it helps to get a feel for someone before making contact. Check out my blog for reflections on relationships, attachment, neurodivergence, queerness, and embodiment. I hope you find something that resonates.
